The solution I (we) propose is to create and enable a National Fingerprint Database in order to help increase crime solving in the United States. Statistics show that within the last fourty years crime has increased and the crimes that have been solved has decreased due to lack of information given. If crime keeps rising like this in the next fourty years crime will be so high that everyone will be able to commit crimes and get away with it. By enabling the National Fingerprint database and combining it with FBI's IAFIS we can create a better,super efficent accurate way to keep records on everyone in the U.S. The NFD works by fingerprinting every baby that is born in the U.S in order to keep track of them from when they are born to when they die. Immigrants that are in the U,S also are included in this, except if Immigrants want to become american citizens they must get fingerprinted into the system.Montana was the first state to use the NFD and has been one of the reasons why this should pass.
